The Yum Yum Auto Plaza Project (now under construction) a first of its' kind Full-Service-Auto-Center is ideally located on the Panamerican Highway (Hwy 1) in the most populated tourist destination in Central America. The Panamerican Highway. is designated to be the Main-Artery carrying traffic from Mexico to Panama.
The property sits some 300 meters from the first and main entrance to the Beach City of Playa Jaco located on the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. All traffic to and from Jaco, and all points south, must travel past the property.
